Colosse Cheese was first manufactured in the hamlet of Colosse,
New York around the turn of the century.
Each generation of Cheesemakers has passed on the special Colosse
Cheese formula assuring consistenet quality through the years.
Today, the Raiti family and the Employees of the Colosse Cheese
Store are proud of our New York State products.
